Roles

Apprentice ITSD Application Support Software Developer (Bradford)

This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a busy IT service and support team where you can develop and acquire IT skills and knowledge.

As an Apprentice Developer your primary role will be to investigate and resolve incidents raised by the business and to maintain and support our live and test applications.

The role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your problem solving skills and learn a programming language.

You will gain an understanding of coding standards, testing standards and version control.

This apprenticeship will see you completing the brand new Digital Services Software Development level 4 Apprenticeship.

Apprentice IT Systems Support Analyst (Bradford)

In this role you’ll be joining our IT Service Desk, which supports ALL internal colleagues using the Groups IT systems.  We perform incident management activities, resolving 60% of the incidents logged.  Our work is predominantly delivered by phone but we also receive requests through our self-service facility.

We also perform access management activities for the group, creating, amending and removing access to multiple applications.

The role is pivotal to ensuring that our internal colleagues have any computing issues resolved without impacting our customers.

This apprenticeship will see you completing the brand new Network Engineer level 4 Apprenticeship.

Apprentice Assistant Campaign Manager (Leeds)

Our Apprentice Assistant Campaign Manager will join our fast-paced marketing team. This person will support the development and delivery of multi -channel communications across the Society’s brands.  Our channels include TV, press, direct and email marketing as well as social media and other digital communications. You’ll support activity across all the Society’s brands, products and customers to ensure we engage our members, look after their interests and become even better at meeting their needs.

A confident communicator, you’ll need excellent interpersonal skills to help you build rapport and trust with other colleagues, members and key stakeholders to a senior level.  With a real passion for customer communication, you’ll also need outstanding planning and organisation skills and the ability to deliver and drive improvements to tight deadlines.

This apprenticeship will see you completing the brand new Digital Marketer level 3 Apprenticeship.
