Apprentice Mortgage Account Manager (Bradford)

As a Mortgage Account Manager you will help our customers at a time when they need us most; often facing extremely sensitive financial or personal situations, using your expert skills, experience and knowledge to carefully understand their individual circumstances, offering your full support whilst exploring options and solutions which will help to protect them and their investment.

Working with a calm, reassuring and logical approach is paramount, whilst having the ability to meet the demands of a high performance organisation in a heavily regulated environment.

In this rewarding role you will need to be able to process information accurately, great at using your initiative and be a good problem solver.

This apprenticeship will see you completing the brand new Senior Customer Service Advisor level 3 Apprenticeship whilst gaining your Certificate in Retail Banking from the London Institute of Finance and Banking

Apprentice Contact Centre Representative (Bradford)

We’re looking for someone can display a real passion and drive to exceed customer expectations. Whether you have previous experience or not, we will ensure you receive the support, training and development you need to make sure that what we do always keeps our customers at our heart.

As first point of contact for customers, our representatives will investigate and provide accurate resolutions to all customer queries for multiple products over multiple brands within regulatory requirements. Working with internal teams on identifying any improvements to ensure we are delivering a seamless customer experience through all channels.

This apprenticeship will see you completing the brand new Senior Customer Service Advisor level 3 Apprenticeship whilst gaining your Certificate in Retail Banking from the London Institute of Finance and Banking

Apprentice Customer Service Representative (Bradford)

If you like people and enjoy delivering high quality customer service, you’ll love working here. Our support and training will make sure that you understand the value of all our products, feel confident identifying customers’ needs and recommending the appropriate solution to meet them, which in turn will help you offer the best possible service experience our customers could wish for.

You will provide an excellent level of service to all existing, new and prospective customers. The role involves completing full eligibility and affordability checks using Society criteria before passing quality mortgage leads to Mortgage Advisers. You will also establish customer needs and present suitable savings products from the Society’s current product range. This role is the first point of contact for most customers and so the ability to build customer relationships quickly is essential.

Apprentice Customer Consultant (Various)

We’re looking for people with commitment. Commitment to our customers. Commitment to our organisation. And commitment to the team. We like to employ people who really care about their work, and the people they work with. You’ll need to be an honest, trustworthy, enthusiastic, positive, imaginative and tactful professional.

Our Customer Consultants offer the full range of retail products, but not mortgages,

So what will you do? The majority of your time will be spent dealing with customers, talking through their financial situation, identifying what their needs are and matching them up with exactly the right product.

You’ll get your referrals from our teams of Customer Representatives, so you’ll spend time with the Representatives and coach and mentor them to recommend our products accurately and honestly. Mindless recommendations this isn’t; we want to be fair and helpful when we offer advice to our customers, so you’ll help make sure we get that balance right.

When new products are added to our range, you’ll be the first to know: we’ll give you all the training and coaching you need to know them inside out.
